Velar of the Sea Cruise

The room was clean and spacious, and the staff were very polite and well-behaved.

The food options were quite limited, especially considering many Indian guests were on board and there weren’t enough suitable choices. I had also requested a birthday cake a week in advance and received confirmation, but it was not provided on the day. This was a bit disappointing.

The rooms very supernice and the staff was kind!

James was a really good host

Ha long Bay is incredible. The room was amazing and the balcony was perfect. The manager and Tommy were great to deal with any issues that arose and they did their best to fix them.

Just to be aware the rooms on the 3rd floor have a lot of noice coming into them from above in the kitchen and restaurant Including karaoke in the evening. Not suitable if you are unwell or need to rest with children. There is no fitness centre just an unplugged treadmill and 4 dumbbells. Food quality was par. The English on most staff was not great so it was hard to communicate a lot of the time unless you were speaking to the manager or Tommy. Just for price and “luxury cruise” tag it did not quite meet this standard. Also was approached by the manager on final day asking me not to review on booking.com as they want to keep their good rating. So please be aware

We loved the facilities and the overall atmosphere of the property. A huge thank you to the staff who were incredibly kind and helpful!

الاثاث قديم نوعا ما - الانشطه البحريه محدوده وغير مشوقه

الاقامه بالكروز رائعه الغرفه كانت vip فكانت المساحه كبيره وذات اطلالات رائعه على البحر والجزر والحمام ذات اطلالات على البحر وفيه شطاف ..الموظفين رائعين وخصوصا Tomy ساعدنا كثيرا وبشوش . هناك بعض الانشطه على الكروز مثل تعليم طبخ و كريوكي .. الطعام على الرغم انه يميل للاكل الاسيوي الا انهم اجتهدو في مساعدتنا لاعداد وجبات حلال مثل البيتزا والباستا ودجاج حلال .عاملين المطعم لطفاء ويبذلون كل جهد لارضاءنا ومساعدتنا لاختيار الطعام المناسب

الانشطه البحريه كانت مخيبه للامال حيث رحله زياره الكهف كانت بالقارب ولم يكن الكهف والمشي فيه .. كما لم نقوم بالنزول في جزيره القرده كما هو مذكور بالانشطه . سعر الجناح كان مرتفع و الاثاث نوعا ما قديم .
