GBWe did not receive any email notification that the accommodation would not be available to us. Only a message on Booking.com, which we missed. There were other occupants in the accommodation when we arrived. I have asked the owner for a refund but have not had any reply.

All other confirmation and payment communication was via mail. There were other occupants in the accommodation when we arrived. We have requested a refund from the owner but as yet no reply.

NOJeg ble lurt. Jeg booket og betalte for overnatting på Airport Hotel & Apartments, hvor jeg har vært fornøyd tidligere. De kunne ikke finne meg i systemet, og etter mye fram og tilbake fant jeg ut av at betalingen var gått til et annet sted. Jeg prøvde å ringe til Rooms 15, men nummeret er ikke i bruk.

Jeg prøvde i en halv time å få tak i alternativt nummer - og få kontakt med Booking.com direkte. Alt forgjeves. Det endte med at jeg måtte gå til nærmeste hotel, nemlig Clarion, og fikk et rom der. I resepsjonen sa de at dette hadde skjedd for andre gjester som hadde booket som jeg. Jeg vil ha pengene tilbake . Booking.com, vennligst undersøk om dette er svindel eller hva som foregår.

ZAIts quiet, the sense of having nature surrounding the residential property is bliss. Easy to get to the airport. Property is in close range to all amenities.
The property is wooden and may make quite a bit of sounds when there is movement.
