Prime location. Has access to all facilities and restaurant near . Metro station is near.

One of the bathroom had unpleasant smell. It is not restricted to the apartment but issue in entire building.

Lia was extremely helpful, personally met us in crazy early (or crazy late) hours of the night for the check-in, the property is very clean, lovingly furnished and very comfortable. Plenty of everything in the neighborhood within easy reach, shops, subway station, etc

Not a disadvantage per se, but the bedroom facing the avenue can be a little noisy late evening/early night if you are sensitive - not the property's fault, but you may want to pack earplugs if street noise is a problem for your sleep. Or put kids there and sleep in the other one :)

For 2 friends, it was wonderful to have 2 spacious bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a living room. Also loved the little balcony. The hosts were friendly and helpful without being intrusive. It is easy to get on the metro, there are many supermarkets and restaurants close by, as well as great shopping opportunities.

Everything was great. The flat and furniture is not new, but it's part of the charm.

Absoluely loved the homestay owner. She was so cheerful, helpful and loving lady. She also showered so much love and affection on our kid. The location is perfect with everything nearby metro, shops, banks, theatre etc. The rooms were clean, big and had everything that you need in a home. We would definitely want to stay here if i ever visit Tbilisi again.

The apartment is clean and spacious, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, small kitchen, and balcony. The double bed was very comfortable and the shower worked well. The street outside can be a bit noisy at night (which is to be expected in Tbilisi); however, with ear plugs I had no trouble even though I am a sensitive sleeper. The location of the apartment is fantastic, as it is walking distance from the city centre, but also has a metro station around the corner. For those travelling by car, there are a few spots in the courtyard behind the building, or street parking for 1 lari per hour across the street. One thing to note is that the apartment is located up a flight of stairs with no elevator, and the bedrooms are on the second floor of the apartment. This was not an issue for us, but is worth noting if you struggle with walking up stairs or carrying luggage. Lia is a kind and gracious host: she was waiting for us and helped us find the apartment when we arrived, and she was very responsive throughout our stay when we had any questions. She also welcomed us with a lovely gift of Georgian wine and chocolate, which were both very tasty. Overall, we thoroughly recommend Home@97 as a great option for a city stay in Tbilisi.

Good location, hala food was easly available 2 mins away, supermarkets 2 mins, wonderful duplex apartment, Carring and helping owners.

No parking, be prepared to park on the street but make sure to buy parking tickets, to avoid car getting toed.

The apartment is beautiful, very clean, cozy and large. It has everything you would need two bathrooms, clean nice kitchen , necessary equipment, slippers, plenty of towels. Location is great many shops, near metro station easy to reach the touristic attaractions. Lia is an awesome host! Responsive and very helpful! She even left us presents and metro cards. I highly recommend this place !
