ININCleanliness
While the staff was great and genuinely tried to help, some persistent issues made it far from a relaxing holiday. Through out our stay faced issues with water supply.. We were practically without running water in washrooms for 2 days. And electricity cut on our last night of stay. Power cut happened at around midnight and did not completely resume till our check out at 11 the next day. For short time the staff did switch on the generator in the morning.
INExcellent location , close to the MANDWA jetty and 20 mins from the radisson , good restaurants around the property , quiet but not isolated . Good beds and linen, air conditioners in good condition ,electric kettle , microwave but no burners , pool with waterfall very clean , staff very helpful and polite .
The bedroom needs blackout curtains as sunlight during the day makes it difficult to rest if needed ,
ININReally enjoyed the stay with my family here. The food is really good and the caretaker is very attentive in terms of whatever’s you need at the time of your stay.

The complete booking process. The staff was very rude and do not understand basic instructions. They also charge GST and do not issue a GST receipt with our GST number. While asking why they say its their process and if needed we can go ahead and cancel the booking. Booking.com confirmed they have taken GST but the hotel says its not GST.. they took that money as hotel rates.
