The Cosy West Wing, dog friendly

Welcoming, clean, comfortable. High quality fittings and furnishings. Lovely colour scheme throughput made it like a home not a holiday let.

Unfortunately no shaver point in the bathroom.

Suited our needs perfectly. All the ammeneties you would need for a short trip are available close by, and the accommodation was very clean, comfortable and quiet. We immediately felt at home there. Wonderful large bedroom with very soft carpet. All in all, it exceeded our expectations, and that really doesn't happen often. I would definitely stay here again if we're in the area. Excellent value for money!

If I had to be picky, and I do mean picky, I expected there to be more space to park. The photo shows a large empty gravel area out front but, in actuality, the owner has two cars and there's only space for three. Also, due to the wall running along the front of the driveway, it was quite difficult to edge out onto the road. Almost needed my wife to go and stand out on the pavement but, being a typical man, that wasn't going to happen😄 Maybe a couple of mirrors would be good, but I guess it would spoil the look of the place. Don't let this put you off though, as I said at the top, I'm just being picky, and it's fine once you've done it once.
