The location was good - a reasonable walk to the sites and to the train station and great for catching the metro.

It was not what I thought I was purchasing and was surprised in check in. The host did not answer me for several hours and was not helpful in suggesting any options. The place smelled like it was a smoking building. The lighting was very dingy, I did not feel safe in the building and spent as little time as possible, especially on my last night when another visitor knocked on my door and demanded I open my door which I said I was not. It scared me and I could not sleep. The pillow was very stained yellow. The pillowcase had a substantial stain and I could not use it and the bed was uncomfortable. The floor had gouges in it and I got a sliver in my foot.

O apartamento apresenta condições inaceitáveis. Há bolor visível nas paredes e uma humidade extrema (o desumidificador registava 82% à chegada). Além disso, existe uma infiltração no teto e as camas estão partidas, com "remendos" de tábuas improvisadas. O mais grave é a publicidade enganosa: as fotos apresentadas no Booking não correspondem à realidade do imóvel. É um risco para a saúde permanecer neste local. Tive de abandonar o alojamento e procurar outra alternativa imediatamente. Não recomendo de todo.

If you like to spend your vacation in cheap,close to downtown place - this one is for you.

First of all they have only good photos of they so called "VIP" apartment. They didn't upload photos of any others apartment, which is total trash. On my behalf,i didn't read reviews(what i should've done). I could say a lot about this place,but there's a lot of people who already did it for me - just read reviews with 1 rating.

Grande chambre avec salle de bains et sanitaires privés. Une table et une chaise. malgré le nombre important de locataires, l'appartement était très calme. Bonne situation : métro à 300 mètres, LIDL à 400 mètres (ouvert le dimanche après-midi), gare centrale de Campanhas à 1 km. la cuisine partagée est très peu utilisée ; nous nous sommes généralement retrouvés seuls pour manger. Bon marché pour deux personnes.

Nous avons reçu un mail donnant les instructions mais c'était compliqué. Nous avions demandé d'avoir le lien par SMS et cela ne s'est pas fait. Nous avons téléphoné et nous avons été bien renseignés. La chambre étant au rez de chaussée côté rue avec des volets intérieurs (l'un d'entre eux fermait mal), nous ne pouvions pas ouvrir la fenêtre sauf de façon ponctuelle. La chambre était humide. Quant à la cuisine, elle était, également, mal ventilée et sombre. L'équipement de la cuisine était inégal. Par exemple, 2 micro-ondes et un four mais pas de plat à four. Des ciseaux et des torchons à vaisselle auraient été appréciés.

A limpeza estava impecável. Os lençóis e toalhas estavam muito perfumados, pareciam ter secado ao sol, e todo o quarto foi organizado com esmero. Não tinha a ver com luxo, mas com cuidado. A cama era confortável, dormi muito bem, e o chuveiro maravilhoso, sempre forte e quentinho. Fiz minhas refeições no quarto, com o frigobar e o micro-ondas/grill. A cereja do bolo foi a flexibilidade de 2 horas que conseguiram para meu check-in. Durante toda a estada tive acompanhamento on-line e, para mim, foi uma excelente estadia. Recomendo com certeza!

A única ressalva é sobre o barulho, pois não há isolamento acústico, e a chegada/saída dos outros hóspedes pela escada é sempre ouvida. Mesmo assim não comprometeu a qualidade do meu sono. Penso que, se escolhemos um edifício antigo original (renovado e adaptado) para nos hospedarmos, é natural ter esse tipo de situação. De resto, não há do que reclamar.

Even the basic amenities in room were not available like a heater or air conditioning system
