- The view at lake Garda is gorgeous - Spacious terrace - Quiet location - The host was responsive. We had an issue with the shower head and it was replaced the next day. We also received clear instructions prior to check-in. - The road up to the mountain offers a nice driving experience

- The apartment is run-down and desperately needs renovation. All furniture and equipment is in poor condition and there was a smell of old furniture inside. Despite not being allergic we had running noses for all three night because of the old dust. The view and the pool alone do not justify the high price of almost EUR 200 per night. - Uncomfy bed - The host asked to separate waste however there was only a single waste bin available and no spare waste bags were provided - No mosquito nets on the windows - Property policies are ridiculous. Apart from cleaning the fridge and taking out all the garbage, upon departure you must take off all the bed sheets and also separate used and unused towels and bed sheets. You must also wash the dishes (which is fair) but you cannot do it in the dishwasher as you are required to turn off all electric appliances prior to leaving. If you do not comply the host reserves right to charge you with ADDITIONAL cleaning fees - Slow Wi-Fi - The fastest road to get to the property from the lake shore is very narrow and operates uphill only from 10:00 till 19:00.
