Very comfortable! Gio was an excellent host and the apartment had everything you needed. Spacious, nicely decorated and with a lovely bed. Couldn't ask for more!

During the day, the apartment is a little dark (not a lot of daylight enters). Otherwise, lovely.

Good location and helpful owner

I spent my birthday trip in Palermo. Choosing Giovanni’s apartment to stay was a perfect choice!! Giovanni was very helpful and welcoming. Whenever I needed something he answered my requests immediately. The place is spacious and very cozy. The apartment is located perfectly and you can find a lot of restaurants and bars nearby. You can reach all the main attractions on foot. I definitely recommend to stay in Giovanni’s apartment if you visit Palermo.

The apartment was comfortable and very well maintained. The location is also excellent.

The appartment has all things that are required for the comfortable stay (i.e., varios kitchen utensils, air conditioning, WiFi, washing machine etc.)! All is working and fully functional. It is nicely decorated, comfortably furnished and clean. The location is very good because it is in central Palermo on the peripheral little street , which was fairly quiet (as.much as it can be in central Palermo). The hosts have been very assisting and nice. In fact, they have been the best hosts that I have ever had in Italy and I have been travelling there a lot. The check in time is flexible because the keys are kept in the password key box. You should not worry that you may have problems with collecting the keys and getting to the appartment if your flight is delayed.
