Three Bedroom Townhouse by Primal Estates Short Lets in Brighton

Really nice place, cool, quirky, full of character with really comfy beds. In a great location with easy access to the centre. No idea how old it is but I'd reckon that house has some tales to tell.

The weather was crap so we couldn't rally take advantage of the roof terrace. Other than that, nothing to complain about.

Not children safety at all also the landlord doesnt respond to msgs or calls.

The location was perfect for what we needed

The noise from the street. However where the property is situated it cannot be avoided

The property is very nice, clean, and has everything needed; terrace is also great. There is plenty of space and the interior has some very cool features. Location is super central which is a good thing generally (see below)

Only (minor) downside for us was the location; it is very convenient (central, near beach, not far from station) but it's right in the centre and therefore over weekend was a bit too noisy late night. The property is very quite, and has very good windows, so this was not a problem for us.

Very nice apartment over 3 floors. Our girls found their rooms very nice. Plenty of space for everyone. Very rustic architecture that has its charm. The host answered questions very quickly.

The accommodation was lovely, very tastefully done. The beds were comfy and the location was right in the heart of town. It was the perfect place to stay for our conference. Location and ease of use were top drawer.

There was nothing to criticise, but one thing I would say is that there were a lot of homeless people who congregated at the nearby Morrissons, but they were no problem at all and the area was surprisingly quiet at night. There are two things I think would improve the property IMHO. 1. Fans in bedrooms in summer as it was a warm night and 2. Perhaps a bolt on the internal front door for more peace of mind.

Great location, among shops and restaurants and close to the pier. House was lovely inside, quirky and comfortable.

Upstairs bathroom maybe looked better than it actually worked, but it was ok.
