"Disappointing"

Staff was extremely friendly although never met anyone! Other then cleaner who in fact did not clean room once all week, did however store my personal belongings for two days, which was extremely beneficial

Paraphernalia found in bathroom, Door intercom Service being unreliable, smell Of drugs coming from other rooms Drug dealers in and out of the building, Not being able to meet anyone at property Longterm let being available

Staff extremely helpful Went out of their way to accommodate, Difficult with self check in but very helpful over phone

Other guess helping themself to belongings Which staff tried to resolve, house lovely and clean, was empty when arrived, which I slept beautifully. Only when other guess arrived, was issue after issues Staff responded quickly & asked quess to leave

Location was really good.it was very close to MSC cruise terminal.

Codes to the door were not sent in time, supposed to be received by 2pm but we received after 3pm.that put us in stress.🤔🤔🤔 Sink plug in the toilet was broken, needed replacing,in room number 2.

Yes it was very clean. Pillows could have been better. The TV didn't work though. It kept breaking up. Heater in room. Got chilly. Next to bathroom

Always a fabulous stay at any of Monica's accommodations. A driveway to park on, fully equipped kitchen to cook your own food, shower rooms upstairs and downstairs. Thanks again Monica. Xx

The facilities had all the basic necessities.

The dripping sound of the shower in the shower room lasted all day and made me feel uncomfortable. I could hear someone fighting and breaking doors, and it was really loud early morning. But in a way, it was a valuable experience.
