Amazing kitchen, clean room, convenient location. All in all I had I’d expect for a cheap overnight stay.

Would have given it a 10/10 but the bed was quite tough and didn’t agree with my back. Also, no fault of the property but, particularly in Shirley, there is a lot of homelessness and the area is quite run down, always someone asking for money, typically as I come or go to the property. Also bubs were overflowing causing quite a smell and flies lingering.

We booked this last minute as we were not impressed with the other placed we had booked. The staff were amazing and so helpful. After a 6 hour drive to get there . It was everything we needed

"Decent, pocket friendly accommodation in Southhampton"

The location was good, and the premises decent. Access was very convinent even though we arrived late. The room.i stayed in was clean and spacious. The bed was comfy. Would be glad to stay there again when next in Southhampton.

Even though it wasn't a big deal, there was no sugar when I was getting my coffee. But honestly, I did love the place.
