USUSI loved how clean and organized it was. We also love that it is far enough away from the “strip” to be nice and quiet, but close enough that we weren’t wore out from driving.

USThe location - close to everything!! Was quiet and enjoyable, unlike staying on the strip, but also super close to everything! We were only a couple min from nice rest etc, 15 /20 min from Gatlinburg/pigeon forge! The cleanliness and decor - it’s adorable! Loved the themed rooms! It was also clean, didn’t have to worry about bugs and stuff like with a hotel, etc! The host/staff - they were so easy to talk to, let know if something was wrong, and handled it quickly and effectively! (We had an issue with the tub that was messed up when we arrived, we let them know so it wouldn’t cause more damage in the future for guest - they even had it fixed during our stay, but did offer to wait til we weren’t there, but we didn’t mind at all!) communication was great the entire time even before our stay with any questions I had! Loved the patio and my little guy did too! A nice little space for bubble time when we weren’t out and about doing things! We will be back, over all, wonderful stay!
The only thing I will say I wasn’t a super big fan of was the guest bathroom/laundry shared downstairs out off of the kitchen didn’t have a lock, which made it hard with multiple people staying there, and accidentally walking in on someone. I hope they will make that change, so we are more comfortable for future stays here when we return to the area!
USOmg. I can’t wait to stay again, great home, great service, it was clean the hosts were very nice and very available to answer all my questions. My family loved the home it was near everything so I loved how all the fun was near and assessable. Can’t wait for our next trip
