Responsive host, good value for money and great location. Good size unit. Good security.

Building lacks maintenance, unit was fitted out with mixed bed sheets, pillows and kitchenware. Unit could use a good deep clean and Master bathroom has lingering smell they try to mask with air fresheners.

The space and its proximity to Legoland. Cleanliness was awesome.

I think the whole check in process is very clearly instructed and details are all given accurately. The whole check in process is seamless and the residences is really just across Legoland. A point to note for families who are going to book this apartment. Please note, when they mention "2bedroom apartment", it would mean there is only 1 master room with proper bed. The kids will all have to sleep on matteresses on the floor. For those who prefer their kids to sleep on proper beds and to have a proper seperate room, please ensure you choose your option to "3 bedroom" (which actually mean 2 actual proper rooms with proper beds). To set the expectation right, those guests who just want a simple lodging, clean room to stay, then this is ok. But for guests who are very particular about cleaniness, prestige settings, I will like to share that such residential reservations (air bnb) may disappoint you. - ie, sleeping on mattress with those cheap blankets and bedsheets thats not very comfortable. Pillows are either too soft that sinks down, or too hard and high that gives neck aches. To sum up, this is considered relatively a GOOD CLEAN and SIMPLE lodging.

We booked a 2Bedroom apartment, only to realise that there is only 1 master bedroom with a KingSize bed. My kids and helper have to sleep in the same room with mattresses on the floor. Toilet is decent but not fantastic. They are generally clean and OK for usage. No amenities, so please ensure you bring your toothbrush and toothpaste etc. Also, I have initially specifically asked for 5 towels as my helper is coming along. Admin replied that they will arrange but upon arrival, 4 towels were given only. So, for families who are bringing their helper , you may want to ask them to bring along their own towel. For clients who are particular with bedsheets (ie some prestige hotel will share how many threadcounts their bedsheets are, and ask you if you prefer fluffy or harder pillows) , then you may wish to note that the bedsheets and blankets given are all made from basic and simple materials. So, set your expectations right.

Ants problem, when i checked in already i found ants here and there, i kept killing and it kept coming, then if you put any food at the kitchen table top or even the dining table, within half an hour can attract a lot of ants. Super cheap and uncomfortable high pillows, owner provide the cheapest quality pillows you'll ever used. I had a family of 6 and their booking.com pictures were very misleading, which makes you think there were 2 rooms in the apartment but it actually only have 1 room and they provide those cheap and thin mattress to let you place on the floor and you have to put your own bedsheets too. When i complained to the owner why its not the same as the pictures advertised and owner said its mentioned in the description somewhere at the booking page. One more issue, owner starts sending rules like want me to throw all the rubbish from the rubbish bin to public rubbish bin outside the apartment, clean up the plates, etc. I don't understand why i have to do this? Do you do that when you stay at the hotel? Does any hotel demand you to do that before you check out? Unbelievable stay, becareful guys.

Property is xlose Legoland. No Deposite so hussle free checkin and xhexk out.
