Legoland-3min Walk-HappyDream Suite at Afiniti -8pax-Cozy,Comfy&Convenience 2BR with Bathub

This property is super close to Legoland and it also really close to an amazing grocery store and restaurants without the Legoland resort price tag. The apartment was clean and tidy, had kitchen and laundry facilities and had free wifi. Great value for money.

Please note that this is a 2 bedroom apartment. It is advertised as having 7 beds but there there is a queen bed room and a twin bed room. The other beds are 2x single mattresses that you put in free space and 2x thin floor mats that would be suitable for younger kids. You need to ask them to make up the amount of beds that you need as they go off the standard 4 people.

Location was great for Legoland. Provided gaming console was great entertainment for the kids who have never played Mario before.

Despite advertising a bathtub, there was no stopper so it couldnt be used, which was very disappointing for the kids. Depsite feedback to the host, no attempt was made to resolve the issue during our stay. Decor was spartan (hard sofa, beds that were too soft for our liking), and despite booking for 5 pax, only 4 towels were provided.

The unit itself was very clean and smelt nice. No major parking issues. Location is walking distance to legoland through Medini Mall. Added bonus of a big convenience store and 7-11 right downstairs.

The reception area is very stuffy. There’s no aircon. The lift lobby also has very bad ventilation and always has a weird smell. One night it smelt like dried fish, the next day it smelt of cigarettes.

Location - of all the condos within walking distance to legoland, Affiniti residence is the absolute closest. Most convenient place to stay for visiting legoland. Cleanliness - the apartment was kept clean

Did not stay at the unit in the listing due to power trip, was given an alternate apartment

Host was very friendly and accommodating of request to check in early. There were also convenience stores below the unit and a supermarket across the road.

TV was a bit old and does not have other content besides local networks.

1) one side of the mattress collapsed, causing extremely unpleasant sleep experience. The owner didn’t check the condition of the room. We will not book the room if we knew the problem in advance. 2) The window of bathroom could not be opened. The bathroom smells bad due to bad ventilation and drainage issue. 3) It will be nice if there is water dispenser in the kitchen. 4) the property is quite run down overall.
