"Free underground secure parking"

Location in Eton was perfect. About a 10min walk over the bridge to Windsor castle. Free underground secure parking on site. The room was a decent size with a view of Windsor castle out the window. Bathroom was also a decent size with a good shower. There was use of a shared kitchen and also dining area downstairs.

Lots of different codes to remember for different doors but once you get the hang of it then it's quite straight forward. There was a creaky floorboard in the room which makes a lot of noise. Nothing to put me off booking this place again if ever down that way. Definitely recommend.

Size of space, very quiet and secure. Perfect for an overnight stay. Close to local store and central. All very clean and comfortable

The access is rather complicated but all worked as the owner explained. Lots of codes to get in.but if you want secure it’s necessary. Very squeaky section of floor, must have been noisy for those below!

"Exceptional"

The location is fantastic, with an amazing view. Absolutely loved my stay, the facilities were spotless and it is very peaceful. Great Nespresso machine for morning coffee too. A hidden gem.

"Great location, amazing host, comfy bed and a wonderful place to stay."

Lovely host, couldn’t be more helpful. You have use of a shared kitchen, living area and dining table. Coffee and machine are provided. Hans even bought us breakfast items. Would definitely recommend, you won’t be disappointed.

No TV in bedroom.
