CONTRACTOR Stays Madika Homes - Cosy 2 Bed Flat with Free parking near Edgware tube station

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding my recent stay at the property located at Haledene, Edgware, HA8 9RY, United Kingdom. Upon arrival, I was given an incorrect code for the key locker. Additionally, the key locker itself was faulty, which left me stranded outside the property for over two hours. Despite multiple attempts to contact the host during this time, my calls went unanswered. Eventually, after trying different combinations, I was able to retrieve the keys. Unfortunately, the issues did not end there. The property was in an unacceptable condition upon entry—it was unclean and required significant time and effort to clean before it could be used comfortably. I have video evidence showing the malfunctioning key locker, and I am happy to provide it upon request. Given the inconvenience, lack of responsiveness, and the state of the property, I am requesting appropriate compensation for this experience.

We were very surprised and disapointmended when we arrived. The only reason we stayed and made it work was the location.

Faucet hanging sidways in the bathroom sink, very difficult shower arrangment to the tub no way to keep the floors from getting wet. Only one, yes, one, set of sheets for 2 beds and a futon. Zero extra blankets. 2 Smaller towels for showers???? (We booked for 14 days btw.) Zero kitchen paper towles, paper plates, napkins etc... zero coffee maker, a capuchino machine with zero instructions and zero pods for it even if we could have figured it out. Zero TV. WIFI heating system very difficult to figure out. Washer and dryer in one, but the dryer settings never, ever worked. Zero instructions and no matter what dry settings we tried, did not kick in. (We owned one similar, so it wasn't us....) The manager was very nice, but the apartment was not supplied or set up as a Nightly Rental. WE paid way to much money for zero things included that would normaly be in a nightly rental.
