Modern 1-Bedroom Condo at Matina Enclaves Residence, Close to SM City Davao

Exactly as pictured. Located at the center of Davao City, walkable to SM. Easy access for transportation. Good amenities, clean, with complete appliances, fully equipped kitchen, cold air conditioner and very well priced. This condo offers more space as a 1 bedroom unit vs studio units with the same price range. This place is such a good deal!

The elevator is dusty d/t on going construction of the building. But not a big deal

The unit itself was new and clean. It had enough utensils and appliances except toaster. It also provided lots of packets of coffee,creamer and sugar. However, I brought my own so I did not use any of theirs. The unit has 2 ACs -one in the living area and the bedroom which provided good temperature. The staff also was quick to help. Overall I liked the unit and I had a very comfortable stay.

I didn’t like that it was so new that some of the units were not finished which made some areas of the building dusty. Also, there was a time that the generator wasn’t working due to some power outage that caused the elevator not to work so I had to walk down the very dusty stairs from the 8th floor which was really very uncomfortable. The parking space provided by the unit owner was in another building which was not convenient for me especially when raining so I didn’t get to avail of it.

We liked the unit overall, it was spacious even if it's just a 1 bedroom unit (just enough for our family of 3). It was really comfortable staying there and the combination of wood and concrete makes it look so aesthetic. The kitchen was packed with all the things you need, if you like to cook. Will definitely come back again as it was a 10/10 for us!

Just the window in the bedroom (the one near the ac), the lock on that one was a bit loose. Even if it was locked, you can still open it by just sliding. So we were very cautious not to let our son near it to avoid danger.

The entire unit was not small at all, considering that it was only a 1-bedroom property. Personally, I liked how comforting its entire aesthetic is. The kitchen was also fully equipped with appliances and utensils, just like in their photos. There’s an ongoing construction beside the building but you’ll only hear faint noises from it (not bothersome at all). Definitely a 10/10 booking and even one of the best places I’ve ever booked!
