Extended Stay America Select Suites - Philadelphia - Malvern - Great Valley

I didn't stay there because I got into town late & couldn't check into the hotel I had booked on the 5th. It was 3am & I needed a late checkout since I was checking in so late. They wouldn't do it! So I didn't stay there & won't ever stay there now

That they wanted me to pay almost a hundred dollars for a few hours?

It was convenient for a longer place to stay with a kitchen area and it accepts pets. The staff are wonderful and try very hard to make this place a success! They're very warm and welcoming and always have a smile.

I was unaware of the pet rent ahead of time. I wasn't used to having to pay extra rent every day for the entire stay. I have 1 cat that I clean up after and is quiet and non destructive. $25 then approx $17 a day thereafter. I think a pet deposit would be sufficient so that if the pet was destructive, they'd be responsible otherwise the money should be refunded. Then I think the cost is ideal to stay here considering it doesn't offer amenities, housekeeping, etc. The pet option wasn't listed on the website so it wasn't included with the potential charge.

Our second day there we found a bedbug and when I was cleaning up to leave, I looked under the bed and there was a used Gatorade bottle under the bed, and we didn’t drink any Gatorade while we were there
