Ca' delle Contesse - Villa on lagoon with private dock and spectacular view

Die Lage war spektakulär, die Villa samt Garten sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertig ausgestattet und alles fußläufig erreichbar. Für einen Kurztrip nach Venedig hält das Taxiboot direkt an der privaten Anlegestelle. Das Haus ist angenehm klimatisiert - alles in allem ein absoluter Wohlfühlort!

The apartment, property, location and view are all exceptional! Was such a relaxing and welcome experience after the hustle and bustle in the cities! It is easy to walk to everything on Lido island - vaporetto, restaurants, stores and the beach. Venice, as well as the other islands, are easily accessible by vaporetto. The owner is pleasure to deal with and would love to stay there again! I have already recommended the villa to friends who will be back in Venice next year!

We had a lot of heavy luggage & took the public vaporetto on the way over + a taxi from the station to the villa. However, we opted for a private water taxi for our departure, and would recommend it both ways if you also have a lot of luggage. They can drop you very close to the villa entrance. It may cost a little more, but worth it! The host gave us the name of a water taxi owner that was fantastic!

I don’t think you can have such luxurious feeling of privacy in Venice as you can, in this adorable villa, for such fair price. Will definitely come back

The apartment was just amazing!! The view was superbe, we really enjoy having a glass of wine looking directly a Venice and the sunset was just wow!

Thanks for the Prosecco! Very easy to come and go from central Venice, with 12 min walk from Lido stop.
