Location, parking, kitchenette with everything, cleanliness.

1. No light at door, so arriving in dark was nearly impossible. Pitch black. 2. Mattress was one of those foam jobs (or maybe a foam topper) so you sink into your body indentation and can't roll out of it. Pretty sad. 3) Bathroom fan ran continuously but blades were noisy, no way to turn it off. Buy a new one!

Convenient, easy to access

The rooms were very clean, recently renovated, and had very nice amenities like coffee and tea and cooking equipment. The air conditioning was very effective in warming the apartment. The apartment was small, but perfect for me travelling by myself. It’s well located in a nice area, close to MLK blvd, and convenient for buses to the city.

Getting to the door from the street without any ambient light was a bit difficult. I had a large bag with me, and there was a slight step up I didn’t see and nearly tripped on coming up the path to the door. I noticed there was a security light above the door that wasn’t working. Some outside lights would probably help!

So easy to access the property, location was perfect. So many places in walking distance. Host was responsive and prompt. Unit was really sweet and quiet. Will definitely stay again when I visit my daughter in Portland. Thank you!
