La propreté sale machine à laver la vaisselle pas fonctionné clim pas top frigo mini pas de fer à repasser ustensile de cuisine très sale verre cassé et assiette tiroir à couvert cassé toile d araignée un peu partout etc très dessus je déconseille

Un sitio asqueroso lleno de cucarachas nos ponemos en contacto con el dueño y no contesta tuvimos que buscarnos otro alojamiento porque eso era inhumano... Llamamos a Booking y no nos dan solución cuando íbamos con niños muy pequeños .... El lavabo una peste insoportable..... Se nos icieron las vacaciones un infierno.... Y sin que nadie nos diera una solución subo foto y capturas de unos videos de las cucarachas ......

"A great place to stay for an unforgetable visit in Seville."

The apartment was great and met all our expectations. It is close to the city centre with easy access and on a very quiet street. The rooms are spacious enough. The kitchen is equiped with everything needble for even longer stay. All the bedsheets, towels, pillows were as brand new. The host was very polite and helpful. We checked-in and just enjoyed our stay. We will visit gladly again.

"Nice location but too many compromises"

The host repilied quickly and kindly offered to send us an Uber, because we had some trouble finding the place. There was wi-fi and the place is close to the towns centre so it's at a walking distance to most historic sights which is convinient.

However, the place wasn't cleaned well, there were items left on the floor from previous tenants, there were no pillow cases anywhere and the sofa wasn't comfortable to sleep on. Sadly I wouldn't recommend.
