It was a quaint little place close to Overton Park. The place was older but a nice place. The coffee options were a plus

The floors were squeaky, but it is almost 60 years old. It adds to the nostalgia of being in this area.

The apartment is amazing, beautifully decorated and in such a great area. Within walking distance of a nice shopping area about a block away with great restaurants, Uber friendly as well! Owners are very accommodating and are quick to reply to messages. Overall a very great stay, I would definitely book this place again and recommend family/friends to stay here when traveling to Memphis!

"Fantastic Location"

The location is excellent, very close to Rhodes College, one block from Overton Square which is filled with great eating establishments. Also one block from Overton Park, which is great for walking and has the zoo and museums. The kitchen was well equipped and even had coffee pods. The little deck upstairs was great for a morning coffee. There is a nice off street parking area. Using the lock box made for easy check in. This is a great bang for the buck accommodation for sure!

Not much not to like. The bed in the room with the deck was a bit saggy in the middle, and the lower patio area could use a bit of grass trimming as it was encroaching on the sitting area. Maybe one additional chair in the living area would be nice.

Just spent 10 nights here while visiting our daughter who studies in Memphis. Spacious, clean and comfortable the property is in a great location with a variety of places to eat on the doorstep. Easy walk to Overton Park, the zoo etc. Felt very secure and parking was ideal. Well equipped with all you need for a home from home.

Not really any issues but if I had to knitpick, the ironing board could do with an upgrade!!
