Tal cual las fotos. Súper cómodo. Nosotros olvidamos preguntar antes pero nos tocó segundo piso sin ascensor con vista interior, silencioso, fresco de finales de abril. Equipado. Limpio.

El sofá cama, muy incómodo para varios días, pero para una noche pasable…

La poca profesionalidad del personal responsable,me colgaban el teléfono y nunca me devolvieron las llamadas,pésimo y gente que no deberían de estar en ese trabajo.una vergüenza vaya.

Llegamos a la puerta del alojamiento y nos lo habían entregado a 2 huéspedes diferentes, el mismo día y a la misma hora. Con lo cual, ambos decidimos cancelar y marchar a otro lugar, con la pérdida de tiempo, dinero en el traslado y motivación que supone. Vergonzoso.

There were a few positive aspects- the fridge was clean, basic appliances were available, and the furniture was sufficient for a short stay.

I am very disappointed with this stay. I rarely leave negative reviews, especially as I work in the service industry myself, but unfortunately my experience here was not acceptable. The issues began with check-in. The access code provided did not work, and I was locked out for some time. I had to call five times before someone answered, and I was given two additional codes before one finally worked. On the second day, I heard someone trying to enter the apartment. It turned out to be a pregnant woman with two children who had also been given an incorrect code and could not reach the host. As she was struggling to access the property, she asked if her child could use my bathroom, and I agreed. This situation was concerning and reflects poor management of access and guest coordination. Once inside, the apartment appeared either not cleaned or very poorly cleaned. There was hair in the shower, on the bed, and in multiple corners of the room. The bed sheets clearly had not been changed, as there were visible hairs, stains, and creases consistent with prior use. When I looked for clean sheets, I found a bundle of wet towels and sheets thrown under the bed, leaving me with the choice of sleeping in dirty or damp bedding. The air conditioning functioned poorly, barely heating the space and repeatedly displaying error messages. In addition, two of the three windows had shutters that could not be opened, making the apartment dark and uncomfortable during the day. After my stay, I contacted the host privately to address these concerns. Although I initially received an apology, I did not receive any further response or resolution. Overall, I would not stay here again.

La puerta de la calle se queda abierta si no cierras con un portazo fuerte

No esta mal ubicado.

Solicitamos entrar a las 16 y cuando llegamos habia pintores trabajando con la habitacion sucia y oliendo a pintura. No pueden decir que hay un sofa cama para una tercera persona porque NO SE PUEDE dormir ahi. Ademas solo habia mantas para la cama principal. Al abrirlo se queda en forma concava y es muy pequeño. El termo da para que se duche solo una persona con agua caliente. Se escucha mucho el apartamento limitrofe. Y para terminar, pedimos salir un poco mas tarde de las 11 y no se nos dio ninguna opcion.
