Location

- Excessive contact pre arrival (over 10 emails) - Double deduction of payment - Beds were flimsy/thin and not dressed well: no mattress protector. We were unable to sleep in the master bedroom due to thin and unsupported mattresses. - Blocked drain in shower meant flooding in bathroom and multiple conversations with staff to resolve - Mould smell emanating from fridge was disgustingly : could not open door as smell filled apartment

Modern and well equipped appart from only having 2 wineglasses!! We were 3 people and drinking wine from a glass coffee cup wasn’t the best.

The windows overlooking directly to the pavement outside. We couldn’t open the blinds as anyone passing would look directly in the bedroom!! The top of the duvet cover had a makeup stain. Made me question if the bedding had been

Great location, very clean, had all the amenities required including cooking utensils. Beautiful decor. Very cosy. Good size. Great customer service. Looks exactly like it does in the pictures. Highly recommend

Het appartement ligt ideaal: op loopafstand van alles wat Birmingham centrum te bieden heeft. Top Locatie. Veilige buurt.

Het ligt dichtbij een uitgaansgebied en concertzaal. Omdat het na 6pm gratis parkeren is in de straat was het erg druk. Leverde vooral in het weekend tot laat nog best wat ‘gezelligheid’ op in de straat. Het appartement heeft wel nieuwe goed isolerende ramen, dus als je die sluit scheelt dat een stuk.
