"Owner respond very late and is not helping at all. I told that hot water is not working and I did not get any answer at"

It was a clean apartment

Hot water is not working so I had to took a shower with cold water and owner is not tying to solve any problem and being unresponsive.

Alojamento moderno e bem equipado

A casa não consegue acomodar corretamente 3 pessoas. O sofá cama é super desconfortável, não dá pra dormir lá, não tem colchão Muito desconfortável. Tivemos muito problemas por causa da fechadura que era com uma aplicação. Houve uma noite que não conseguíamos abrir a porta de casa. Ainda ficamos 30 minutos na rua, á espera que resolvessem o problema.

"plutôt ok mais nous vous conseillons de revoir certaine chose (surtout le confort de la literie)."

La plupart des équipements était agréables, salle d’eau très propre

Canapé lit atrocement inconfortable (rendez vous chez l’ostéopathe dès le retour), moisissures sur les murs, réfrigérateur qui n’était pas allumé donc congélateur qui coulait, ballon d’eau très (trop) petit pour trois personnes.

La zona no estaba mal

Pusimos que íbamos 3 personas y supuestamente con un sofa cama que no es nada cómodo. No había sábanas para ponerle ni nada. Miramos en el canapé por si acaso y lo poco que encontramos estaba asqueroso sucio y olía fatal 1

E' evidente che l'agenzia che gestisce questi appartamenti ha poco personale; o proprio non nè ha. Ho scritto tramite la chat di booking, whataspp, aperto reclami con assistenza non ho mai ricevuto risposta. Avevo un problema con orario di chekin relativi al mio volo aereo. Non è stato possibile contattare qualcuno, e nemmeno annullare. Ho dovuto prenotare in un altra struttura e la cosa assurda, è stata che mi hanno inviato messaggio per chiedermi com'è andato il soggiorno?????? ASSURDO
