Cityfront Cosy Apt Near City Centre & Etihad Stadium, Free Parking

Everything. It is fully equipped, clean and comfortable. The car parking is secure and gated so car very safe. Excellent location for both Etihad and Co-op venues

The key pad to enter the building itself was difficult. Didn't always work. Residents told us you have to hold the key button down for a while before it registers it.

The closeness to etihad and co op live....responded well to messages...spotlessly clean..

The decking on the balcony needs some tlc....

Couldn't be in a better location for the Coop Live, The National Cycling Centre, and, if you're a Man City fan, The Etihad. All are literally just over, or just down, the road. The flat is easy to get to by car, and the free parking really is a bonus given the relatively high cost of parking in Manchester. The flat has everything you need for a short stay, coffee pods, condiments, e.t.c., and there are even some croissants left for you in the kitchen. There's a supermarket within a five minute walk too. The WiFi is good enough, and there's a smart TV with some streaming apps to log into. The city center is no more than a 30 minute walk away, and the area is well served by public transport. Matter of taste, but we found it refreshing to stay somewhere that wasn't the 'grey, sterile, hard sofa' standard that seems to be the in-thing with short-term lets these days. Nice to see a bit of character in the decor and furnishings!

Whilst the flat has character, it's not exactly decorated to a high standard. Preferable to it being sterile, but hard to not notice when you see it. The key codes can be a bit baffling, especially getting into the apartment block itself. Couldn't figure out how to use the intercom at all, and managed to lock myself out, so some usage instructions would have been nice to have there.

The location made our visit to the Etihad to watch Man City so easy to walk. The walking distance was nothing compared to the walk up to the 3rd level in the ground. Will definitely book again next season. (Yes, we are big Manchester City Fans!)

Nothing not to like, exactly as described, no shocks. If you book, pay attention to the instructions and your stay will be great. Netflix on the TV was a bonus for us to log in and chill after arriving before heading out to the match.
