Cityfront Cosy Apt Near City Centre & Etihad Stadium, Free Parking

The location for the co-op live arena and Etihad stadium is excellent. Right across the road. The building was easy to find and you get your own parking space included. There are a number of different codes needed for access to the car park and building but they are all provided for reference. The apartment is comfortable, spacious and well equipped with thoughtful touches and a lot included. The hosts were very responsive and pleasant to deal with. Some of the apartment looks a bit tired and worn. But that’s to be expected. The actual apartment was very clean. I would definitely stay here again when I’m visiting the co-op arena or etihad stadium.

The communal entrance, hallways and lift were very dirty and dull. There was a very bad smell especially in the hallways on floor 2. Granted this is not the fault of the owners of this apartment. But it’s something to be aware of as it was off putting walking to our apartment and being met with a very bad smell. Did not effect the apartment which again, was very clean.

The apartment was clean and had everything you could want for a night's stay. Beds were reasonably comfortable and bathroom had a bath and a shower over it. Towels are provided. Kitchen had tea, coffee breakfast cereals/bars/muffins etc and the fridge had bottled water and fresh milk in for guests. View of the Coop Live arena across the road from the balcony. The building itself and parking was secure. Couldn't have asked for anything more.

It's quite small for the money but you can forgive this as it's literally 1 minute walk to the arena. It does have 2 double bedrooms but I'm not sure if 4 people staying there wouldn't get cabin fever if staying longer than one night.

I booked this property as we weee going to an event at Co-op live arena. The location was perfect right across the road from the venue.
