Très spacieux et très moderne

Struttura situata in una zona di Sassari servita da supermercati e abbastanza vicina al centro della città

L’appartamento ha dei dettagli su cui, sinceramente, i proprietari non dovrebbero sorvolare. In tutte le stanze ci sono fori (punti luce) predisposti per mettere faretti e applique inesistenti ( all’ingresso dell’appartamento per esempio, non c’è neanche una lampadina); altri fori, invece, riportano lampadine appese ai fili elettrici o sistemate senza alcuna plafoniera, lampadario o, per l’appunto, un applique. Inoltre, lo sta zone principale era maleodorante a causa di un copri divano molto impolverato e pregno di odore di chiuso; ci sono cornici e quadri appoggiati per terra in un angolo della casa anziché essere appesi alle pareti; e per concludere, a parte la cucina, l’arredamento è dotato di mobili datati anni ‘80 (CON 3000 euro ti arredi un intero appartamento da IKEA, MONDO CONVENIENZA, NUOVO ARREDO, ecc…

Appartement fonctionnel et bien situé

APARTAMENTO MUY ESPACIOSO Y TOTALMENTE REFORMADO. LA UBICACION ES BUENA, ESTA A 15 MIN ANDANDO DEL CENTRO Y SE PUEDE APARCAR MUY BIEN Y GRATUITAMENTE

Very spacious, you have everything you need in the apartment, very clean and in good condition. The location is good, you have fast foods, market, gorgeous park with kids area at walking distance. I do not regret booking this. Overall,it was good for what we needed. We stayed 2 weeks ( 2 adults and 1 kid)

Parking was a nightmare, careful on Tuesday as our car got towed because of the weekly market A bit noisy at night

The aesthetic and location were great, Manuela was a wonderful host. Bed super comfortable and the area was peaceful - just what we needed after a long flight. Great views of the countryside from the bedroom.

There was no WiFi available - but it meant more time to socialise and switch off so not necessarily a bad thing 😏
