Brown Beach Evia Island, All Inclusive in Eretria, a member of Brown Hotels

Παράαααα πολύ ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό. Ο μπουφές κάθε μέρα ήταν διαφορετικός αλλά δεν είχε μεγάλη ποικιλία. Χωρίς να το ζητήσω όταν είδαν ότι το παιδί μου δυσανασχετούσε να φάει προσφέρθηκαν να του φτιάξουν κάτι άλλο. Δεν ήταν υποχρεωμένοι. Πολλά μπράβο για αυτη την κινηση. Τέλος, όταν έχεις διαλέξει παροχή all inclusive οι νεροτσουλήθρες είναι δωρεάν. Αλλά και στην «απλή διαμονή» σου δίνουν δώρο voucher για όλους για μια φορά.

Τα καλύμματα στις ξαπλώστρες γύρω από την πισίνα ήταν βρώμικα. Ηταν κάτι που με απωθούσε να κάτσω αν δεν είχα καλυμμένη όλη την ξαπλώστρα. Το δωμάτιο μας ήταν τρίκλινο. Πολύ μεγάλα και τα 2 κρεβάτια και άνετα αλλά πολύ μικρο το μέγεθος δωματίου. Τις βαλίτσες τις είχαμε στο μπαλκόνι.

The staff at the bar were very polite and by far the best part of our stay. The cocktails were also very good, and the location was beautiful. rooms was nice but small .

We traveled as a family with children, and unfortunately, there were no activities for kids at all. There wasn’t even a playground, and whatever was available nearby for children were separate businesses advertised with photos on the website – but of course, these came at an extra cost and were quite expensive. So, as an all-inclusive resort, it didn’t offer any activities for children. Additionally, the food options were limited and very average in quality. The beach towels were not changed daily, and the telephone customer service was inadequate. The cleanliness of the surrounding area was average. In the evenings, there was absolutely nothing to do to enjoy your time – not even music.

The aquapark is not included you have to pay extra. There’s only one pool, and it was always crowded. Limited food options and a poor buffet. The staff were friendly, but overall, it’s too expensive for what you get.

Too expensive for services offered, small variety at bouffet, Water slide & sea park was not included & had to pay additional for using. Pool was closing at 6.30 pm that is considered too early.
