Chic Moroccan Malabata Beach Residence with Sea View and TGV Access

The apartment was very spacious and had comfortable divans and beds. Kitchen was large and had a gas stove to cook meals. Hot water was available in the shower. The host and the property manager were very kind and responsive to our needs. One of the best hosts we have encountered. The place would be good for a long stay if construction was not ongoing and maybe during the spring and fall months when weather is less extreme.

Our problems relate to the building the apartment is in. It is in a state of disrepair especially from the exterior. The stairs were dirty and many floors seemed abandoned. There were also several short power outages our last few days. There was constant construction noise from the next floor. Check with the host if the construction is over before you book. The apartment itself was in good shape. The apartment was very cold in January so we requested and were offered electric heaters by the host. The building entrance is to the side (across Cafe Toro) so it was hard to find.

The location is perfect, the apartment is clean, bright and spacious and the host accommodated all our requests.

Spacious apartment in a very central location - great value for money. I enjoyed my stay here and the hosts were very responsive.

The fob for the building door was faulty and so I had to depend on the kindness of the doormen (when around) to let me enter. Having a spare key available would have been a great plus. But all in all, it worked out fine.

The host is an excellent communicator. The apartment is well-located on the main strip of Tangier beach with partial sea views. The place is spacious and comfortable and well-maintained. Having a washing machine in the apartment was such a convenience.

the small carpets in the bathroom were smelly. But it's an easy fix. It does not take away anything from our overall positive experience in this rental. Thank you Firdaous!
