The place is very clean and was nice to have an extra bathroom in the main area. Regular street noise can be heard but the location is close to lots of restaurants and to the ocean front. Minimal towels are provided, although in other reviews it did indicate one could ask for extra towels but it would be nice if they were already in the unit. The kitchen has a nespresso with a milk fother (no pods upon arrival), kettle and a coffee plunger (no coffee). There is a large supermarket a block away which was super convenient. There is seating on the large balcony however the cushions are bit worn, but doubling them up provides comfortable seating. Washer and dryer was top notch and ensuite bathrooms in each bedroom was nice. The built in air conditioners in each area were very easy to operate and cooled the rooms quickly. The internet was weak in the far bedroom and on the balcony. It often dropped connection even in the main area. Working remotely would not be an option. The non heated roof top pool was nice, although limited loungers and space. We were charged an extra tax upon arrival even though our booking.com booking indicated the cost covered all taxes and fees. Overall this place has nice decor, spacious and was a pleasant stay. The apartment uses keys and despite a couple confirmations of our arrival time and a phone as we departed the airport as to our arrival time we still had to wait for 30 minutes before he arrived to let us in the apartment. The company that looks after the apartment was responsive when we needed to reach out. Overall this place has nice decor, spacious and was a pleasant stay.
