La Sultana Amazing restored house with pool

Design of house was great and comfortable. Our overall experience was let down by poor water pressure and limited hot water.

Beautiful and very comfortable house

The owners forgot to send us the instructions to get in and weren't answering our calls so we had to wait for almost 2 hours. The water didn't work in one bathroom The house is also missing so cooking equipment to be 100% functional

The facilities are well distributed and nice. You can totally disconnect from outside.

The air conditioning wasn’t cooling, the electrical stove wasn’t working properly and we couldn’t cook because it didn’t get hot enough… and couldn’t connect to WiFi.

Remote rough neighbourhood

There was a massive pipe leak from the water tanks on the roof which inundated the patio area and gave us all showers that went on for hours. We contacted the host. They had it fixed. But I’d already booked a room elsewhere by then as it was my birthday and we had no interest in additional adventures. The refund is in its way but the money isn’t as important as the house being renovated properly. I suspect the pipe flooding problem was linked the fact there was no water in one of the bathrooms on arrival and two very handy blokes came and made some tweaks. Those tweaks probably set off the main leak. Anyway. Pool was also packed with leaves and no net to clean it. Overall host very responsive and nice. But not enough. There needs to be a better product

The unit was beautiful, clean and spacious. Host was very responsive to any questions we had.

2 of 4 bicycles are defekt the beds not that comfortable may the Covers and blankets feel like more % of polyester. bedrooms had a high humidity.

Lovely accommodation, easy access to accommodation, pool was really great, furnished beautifully.

One of the bikes and all bike locks did not work, which was disappointing as it was a major selling point for us when selecting a property to stay at. We wouldn’t have rented a property away from the centre without properly repaired bikes. It would have also been good to receive info about how to access the home without having to contact hosts.
