Only the owner and other staff were very friendly and courteous and helpful.

Place has no room service , booking confirmed BRF included but they didn’t provide BRF. Rooms can be cleaner .

Very chic and comfortable property and Jo and the hosts took extra care to make our stay comfortable and easy. But one does need a car to get around due to the location ( very difficult to get taxis ) but the team helped sort us out with pvt taxi arrangements

Joe and Bryan were excellent hosts. Helped us with great hotel options to visit and also getting around. the swimming pool was clean. our room was big. breakfast was great! If not for the rains and weather, we would have enjoyed the stay even more

Probably the rains had messed up , so some of the sections were under maintenance.

The collection of vintage bikes and the vibe with the pool was a perfect combo to enjoy. With all facilities available nearby. The owner was very welcoming and helped us no matter the time. Will be coming back here again.

The owner and help were great and helped us with all our problems. Great ambience, room was clean and has great value for money at a perfect location. I would highly recommend staying here if visiting Anjuna.

One Room for four person is not comfortable as AC was not working/cooling in entire room.
