Service is totally bad. The service is very bad. The hotel where I had booked a room gave me a room in a different place and they took more money than the booking amount. They ruined my entire trip

In all aspects, I wouldn't recommend using this hotel again. Felt cheated.

Only the attendant at the hotel reception was humble. Rest everything and everyone was very disappointing and non-cooperative.

1) Hotel Vijay Shree's online reservation manager is a big fraud. After the confirmation from Booking.com (app) about your booking ( with "Pay at property" option taken), he immediately texts you on WhatsApp asking for a booking advance amount saying that this will confirm your booking with us. (If there is an option available for booking online without paying anything and then paying at arrival, then why does this guy pressures you to pay some advance payment...??). 2) The hotel is pathetic, the rooms are lousy, the bathrooms are untidy, the toilet seat was broken and the entire property smelled very bad. When my family members and parents were feeling uncomfortable as we reached there and saw the pathetic condition, they immediately decided to NOT checking in into the hotel Vijay Shree and I asked them for a refund, which they denied. 3) There is a scam going on, they trap customers easily with the help of Booking.com app by showing flashy pictures of the property and the first timers have no idea what have they booked. When the clients reach there, they hardly have any time and option to make another choice. Also by then, they have already taken the advance payment which they will never return.. (I have also given 2000/- rupees). 4) There is no parking space 5) There is no food available 6) There is not even any provision for tea/coffee and clean drinking water They are just trapping newcomers and looting them by taking advance payments (which they also demand on a QR code sent on your WhatsApp msg) Booking.com must refund my money and also they must check on these kinds of pathetic, cheap, dirty and fraudulent properties if Booking.com really wants to earn a good business in future, else they wont be able to stand for long, in this competition.
