They didn't have a room and the picture on this site isn't that hotel

The pictures on this site isn't from that hotel. They didn't even have any rooms and I waited from 11am-3pm. The staff was horrible and it was a mess.

"Don't bother. Pay a little more and save yourself the headache."

Next to nothing.

The office was shut before we arrived and we had been charged a no show fee and our reservation cancelled, despite prearranging with the Booking website to have a late check in. We were told 'oh yeah, that's a third party and they're always giving false information'. We had to spend a night elsewhere and try again the next day, which took forever. We eventually, after waiting ages for a dozen other unhappy residents to go before us into the office in the morning, decided to find somewhere elsewhere and the Uber driver told us 'Oh yeah, everyone knows to avoid InTown Suites like the plague.'
