1. mizerie mare 2. Mi s a cerut sa anulez rezervarea după booking (cel mai probabil sa nu plătească comision) 3 capsule de cafea lipsă 4 nici după ce am spus problema cu curățenia a trimis a doua zi și era la fel de murdar doar au spălat pe jos însă un aspirator nu, păr peste tot, după o tură a aparatementului șosetele erau negre din albe.
