Stunning property 5 Min walk to centre. Very clean,comfortable property. Excellent beds and showers. Property is very large and of a high standard with all amenities and easily accommodated 8 people. Parking outside. Would definitely book again. Communication with owners was excellent.

The outdoor space was a bit open and overlooked .Would have been disappointed if it was summer . There was not enough toilet roll or towels provided in each bathroom.

Would be further improved if: More mirrors and towel drying facilities in bedrooms. Towel rail in Master bedroom not operating. More information on house and sournding area would be helpful. The lounge / Kitchen area was cold at times.

Ripon is beautiful small city based around market square & cathedral. Loads of small shops,restaurants and pubs. The house is newly fully refurbished located in a quiet residential street 5 mins walk from Market Square. Plenty of parking. The house is pristine. Particularly liked the open plan kitchen/dining area/living room where everyone could share time together. Ideal for family reunion. Every appliance/kitchen utensil & basic grocery provided.

Only issue was that newly fitted fridges were very stiff to open. we found the fridge & freezer in the Utility Room but we didn't realise that cabinet next to range cooker was also a fridge until second day cos it required such a strong pull to open. We were nervous of damaging the cabinet initially until one of our party put in a bit more effort. Can I suggest a label or leaving a note next to that particular cabinet. It will probably ease up as time goes by.

A very modern, clean, very family friendly (all ages), in a quiet location, extremely comfortable beds/mattresses with high standard accommodation - home from home. Useful guides/use of appliances/heat settings all accessible via Dropbox videos. Kate (Owner/Host) extremely helpful and accommodating deserves Best Host award.

Some helpful improvements as recommendations for future guests - two keys to be issued instead of one set, an additional hairdryer would be useful, description of what waste should go into what bins outside, do require a bigger waste wheely bin than the normal domestic one. Would recommend saving the useful guides also in a more standard format i.e. MP4/AVI as guests have to have this app to view these or if they haven't they will need to upload Dropbox application first.
