excellent location and accomodation,

the bathroom heated towel rail didn't work, neither did the heater in the bedroom.

Location was excellent. Liked walking up to Ponsonby Rd to the restaurants and cafes.

3 levels so lots of stairs

The property was perfect for us as a family needing a temporary home for a few weeks. Warm and dry, great location and everything you could possibly need to cook and be comfortable. Appliances are top quality and there are nice little touches around the place which really make it very homey - more pillows for the beds if you need them, a range of blanket and duvet options, great wifi, a garage and lots of power points. The property owner communicates very quickly and clearly and is really helpful. Thank you very much!

Just like it says on the label, perfectly located so that you can walk to the city, waterfront, or Ponsonby road dining. A large and well appointed supermarket is around 100 metres away in addition to “Queenies” cafe across the road. Plenty of amenity in this ideally located spot. As a bonus, we found the host to be very responsive to small and unlikely to be repeated issue that arose.
