The apartment was really close to the center and it was really nicely furnished (all custom furniture, like it was done for personal use, not for rental). It also had all the pots and pans that we needed in the kitchen. I particularly liked the mattress. It was really firm, but not hard

The frame of the bed was a bit squeeky
