Very nice spacious apartments with a cozy patio. Nice calm brotherhood, both beach and old city center are within 30 min walk. It has parking lot at the underground floor, which was useful for us. Kitchen was fully equipped, except dishwasher. Host was super friendly and nice and provided a lot of guidelines for place to visit and to eat. Absolutely recommend.

Water flow at bathrooms was a little bit weak, but workable.

The host met us personally and showed us around. Good location, just out of the centre, a nice walk into town via the Turia. Some great restaurants around the area that the host recommended.

The front bedroom and lounge was a little noisy from the traffic on the road.

Very professional and friendly service! The apartment is exactly how it’s presented here. It’s got everything you need for ideally four persons. My family enjoyed the stay in Valencia. The Kids were happy to have their own bathroom. We enjoyed the living room and the nice courtyard. The location is very convenient. There is a bus station nearby but the next metro station is also in walking distance to go the beach or the city.
