Everything was amazing about the place, so spacious and in an amazing location. I find it difficult feeling comfortable in places which aren’t my own home but this place was so clean and modern that it made me feel completely comfortable being there! Me and my friends loved it so much!

"Great location but the property needs some TLC"

Excellent location and it was very clean and quiet. Access to a parking space was a bonus in Norwich. Decent amount of space and nice views over the rooftops.

Despite having three double bedrooms, there was not seating in the lounge/ dining area for more than four people. The dining room table was dangerously unstable and should be replaced - that had surely been like that for some time which was particularly disappointing. Similarly the dishwasher was broken and clearly had been for a while. The mattress in the main bedroom was uncomfortable. It’s a shame because with a little investment and a few layout changes it could be a really super property.

"Very handy for exploring the city."

Fab location for exploring Norwich city centre which is within 5 minutes walk away. Lovely cafes for breakfast and lots to see and do in the area. Matt was super helpful and replied instantly to any queries I had. We arrived in the evening and were able to access the key easily and park right outside.

Personally for me I think the curtains/blinds need a refresh as the blinds are a bit tatty in places, also the bath towels too.

"Ideal for our weekend in Norwich reuniting with friends from 50 years ago."

Great location near to the city centre, it was quiet with pleasant surroundings. The bedrooms were a good size and the living area light and spacious with plenty room to relax and eat. Kitchen was adequate and had everything we needed.

It was not convenient for one of our number who has mobility issues.

The bed on the first floor was very uncomfortable and noisy The dishwasher is broken and needs fixing The Towels were very rough Many floor boards are loose on the top floor
