This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. A deposit may be required at the property.

Nicely decorated and comfortable.

The key safe had not been closed properly so we couldn’t get the keys out and had to call someone. Then there was no information to say the entrance door was a fob so we spent 15 minutes trying to use the keys which obviously didn’t work. Had to call for help again There was no wifi fir the entire stay and not much in the way of rectifying the situation. The flat was very hot even with the windows and doors open and the bathroom tap dripped constantly. One of the lamps in the big bedroom didn’t work and the one that did work couldn’t reach a plug socket .
