Casa De La Vina - Boutique Suites in Downtown Santa Barbara

Great location, situated between DT SB/State Street and The Funk Zone - we walked most places. The place itself is gorgeous, well equipped, spotlessly clean and thoughtfully curated. I've already recommended it to friends who are going to Santa Barbara soon.

Absolutely one of the best stays ever!!!! Perfect location walking distance to downtown, the beach, and the Funk Zone. We also loved the rooftop, easy parking, and quiet neighborhood. There were sooo many amenities included - whether it be the slippers, nespresso pods, stocked kitchenette, vanity kit, the list goes on and on. Host was also extremely communicative and offered early check in without us asking. That was a huge plus. It was amazing! We even used the microwaveable popcorn provided for a movie night.

Nothing! Minor notes that the hot water does take awhile to heat up. But that is not a problem at all. Just an observation.

The room was lovely, the rooftop was amazing (my husband and I traded off working up there throughout our stay), the location was perfect.

I understand why the windows are frosted on the street-side for privacy, but we did miss being able to see outside.

Exceeded expectations. Great location for downtown Santa Barbara with parking. Short walk to shops, cafes, beach and pier. Immaculately presented room with great facilities. Spotlessly clean. Aircon temperature perfect, quiet, high ceilings. Very comfortable. Stayed in six different accommodations in California during my trip and this was by far the most comfortable.

Tivemos que ligar para entender como acessar o quarto, os travesseiros eram um pouco grandes demais e o chuveiro demorava para esquentar

Keinen direkten Ansprechpartner, nur tel. erreichbar. Zimmercode musste über Booking.com angefragt werden! Es gab keinen Pool, das Bett war für uns zu klein (wir 165/170 cm groß und sportlich). Zu dunkel, kaum Tageslicht, ein Velux-Fenster in ca. 5 m Höhe war das einzige Tageslicht.
