Modern immaculate studio with AC & parking, outside the CAZ

Smart and well-located accommodation in a quiet residential area. Lots of nice little touches and very clean and well-thought out information. Easy secure access. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend for a Bristol visit.

Subjective, we realise, but we didn't really take to the mattress - we prefer something firmer, and this wasn't that.

Ideal location for catching a bus into Bristol. Nice seating area outside looking down on the river. Good off road parking. Very comfortable and cosy.

Perfectly equipped, lovely outdoor space, small but very comfortable. Perfect for weekend away. 25 min bus to city centre.

I loved the room, the hosts had thought of everything you'd need from breakfast to charges. There was even toiletries in the bathroom from, you don't get that in some hotels. We had a brilliant stay and would stay there again :)

The snug had everything we needed, actually it’s amazing what they’ve managed to fit in. The deck area off the back of the unit was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the native birds in the area. Every small detail has been thought of in this place providing the perfect home away from home feel. From quality towels to a comfortable bed, we loved our stay here and would gladly return. The hosts were friendly, respected our privacy and available for any questions about the area. I would 100% recommend this place if you’re looking to stay outside of the city centre, as it was quiet, came with free parking and had nearby bus connections and day to day services.

The extra touches like leaving coffee, mil and cereal were fantastic. Sometimes when travelling there are long delays and visiting a shop is not straightforward. It was an extremely hot weekend so we were glad to be able to use the AC in the late evening to cool down so we could sleep. Bed was OK, needs a mattress topper as it has seen better days. The history about the chimneys was very interesting.

I knew the area, but it is a long way from town/Knowle. Bristol buses being what they are be prepared to use a taxi/Uber. I was going to multiple places that were not close together. Would stay again.
