Luxxe interior design condo - Residences at Acqua private residences

The apartment was exceptional in every aspect. The design was very appealing and everything was there for your convenience, including a very well specced kitchen,although we didn't cook much. It was quiet and peaceful, especially considering we're in a busy part of the city. It was close to the Power Plant mall, where there is a wide choice of restaurants and then reasonably close to the airport, about 25 minutes. We loved it there and we will stay again next time we're in Manila

Nothing to dislike

The Bathroom is not Clean and have issue with the Bidet. The Refrigerator loss power and spoiled all our food that we bought in the grocery store. The flooring is not properly done, there is gap on the floor.

This place was nice! - Good Wi-Fi (enough for Zoom calls, as I had to work), as well as YouTube & Netflix on TV. - The kitchen has everything you need for cooking. - It's spacious and clean. - The area was a bit away from the city center, but if you take a taxi, it'll only take 5 minutes to get to the main area (Makati). - There are some cafes and markets (e.g., Lawson) inside the building. - The view was amazing!

There were a few minor annoyances, but they didn't really affect my stay: - it would be great if the owners kept some kitchen essentials like salt, pepper, or oil for cooking, because you don't want to have to buy them for your one-week stay. - There's also a gym and swimming pool, which you have to book in advance to use. You can't just go whenever you want, so you have to plan the exact date & time ahead. It might be annoying, but that doesn't have anything to do with the apartment itself. :)

The location was very accessible, felt very comfortable just like living in my apartment

Staff and location.

The mattress was poor quality and the unit was not completely clean. There was still trash in the restroom can from the last time it was used. The cooktop was difficult to use and the microwave was unusable because the breaker would trip every time it was turned on. This would turn off everything on the circuit.

Very clean and very modern. And stylish. And very good at communicating.
