No significant positive aspect.. Poor front office... ill managed route to the rooms through clumsy areas.. cleanliness close to zero.....dirty linen.. no room service till 8 AM.

SGThe staff was courteous and helpful. Once I decided to leave the place, they cooperated and helped me in every way possible. The place might also be a genuinely desirable choice, e.g. if the purpose is to host parties with smoking and drinking.
I booked this place after reading many good reviews. But when I got there, I realized it is frequented mostly by partying types who smoke in the room and make noise. Everything in my room smelled of cigarette smoke, and this stench also caught onto my own clothes and baggage. The cleanliness could also be improved a long way.
