Bread was delivered for breakfast in a very basic tote bag. On our last day, since we were leaving early, we took the bread with us in that same bag, assuming it was a simple single-use or complimentary item — which is a completely reasonable assumption for such an ordinary bag. After our departure, we were contacted and asked to either send the bag back or pay €15 for it. This is extremely disappointing and frankly unacceptable. The tote bag was of very low value and clearly does not justify a €15 charge under any reasonable standard. Requesting such an amount for a basic, inexpensive item feels like an attempt to overcharge guests for something trivial. This kind of behavior damages trust and leaves a very negative impression. It is unprofessional and unnecessary, especially considering the insignificant nature of the item. We are treated as if we stole a simple bag with the hotel name on it… Such practices overshadow the entire stay and seriously affect how we view the hotel.

Ideal for the three of us. Kitchen was well equipped.

Would be good to have a bigger mirror in bedroom to be able to use to put make up on

Super emplacement et appartement bien équipé et assez grand. Le petit déjeuner servir à la chambre tous les matins est très bon et copieux.

Central location Staff at the apartment take every care of their guests, friendly, caring and available to help Room cleaned and beds made everyday Breakfast bakery items delivered every morning. Fridge stocked up every day with butter, milk, yoghurt, meat, cheese, eggs. You cannot go hungry here. Bed is very comfortable with quality sheets and quilts.

Key entry code machine on door is a bit fiddly for my old hands especially when it’s raining hard. Bathroom is very small and perhaps will need refurbishing sometime but it is functional and when weighed up with the rest of this incredible apartment is inconsequential.

Ottima posizione, pulizia eccellente e disponibilità. Molto adatta per viaggi con bambini.
