I like the location and room is very spacious.

Host is not responsive. They charge you additional for the towels. The security staff in the building are not that accommodating. The shower hose is leaking. The room is not that cold even though the AC was already turned on.

"worth every penny and astounding customer service."

The unit was clean and most importantly, the owner was very accommodating. She made sure we are comfortable in the unit. The view was spectacular through the balcony especially early morning when sun is rising.

near to the city

we are so upset !!! no towels, we need to pay extra for towels and beddings . old beddings, furniture and appliances. we pay extra for everyhing in the room which they informed us on the day of our stay in the room. we would have cancelled the booking if we knew it earlier, sobrang tricky ang ginawa nilang charging ng towels blanckets rice cooker at stove , compare to other hotel that we had booked before, they provide everything for free. we were not informed earlier na towels at bedding need to pay extra. NOT recommended if you have plans of future booking.

Location

All details that require payment (early check in, cooking ware) wasn't disclosed right away. The host is not easy to talk to as well. I booked for a place for 8 pax but she's insisting that I need to pay extra 300 per pax just because the other guests will check in on day 2 of our stay. Had i not complaint and explained our side multiple times, she would ask for additional payment. I booked so that we will have a place to stay, enjoy, and relax before and after attending a wedding but I was soooo stressed explaining. Not very good customer service.
