2 Kings Hot Tub Modern Cottage Hill Country

Private backyard and sitting area. BBQ grill and hot tub was a great addition. Quite neighborhood ~ stocked with dishes, coffee maker and utensils. Washer/dryer was available. Small supermarket and restaurants nearby. Very comfortable place to stay!

Some Unlocked windows and 1 open window upon arrival.

Good location. Quiet.

There is a automated humidity fan in the bathroom that stays on all night and day. You can't turn it off and if you choose the last bedroom at the hallway you won't be able to sleep at all. They said it turns off, but never did. We kept the doors closed as instructed, it still kept going. Outside lights were not working on the patio. When we asked to come check it out, they told us to change them ourselves. Some of the bath towels smelled awful, we ended up using our own. No dishwashing gel for both hand or machine wash.

Location is in a dumpy neighborhood but 5 minutes from downtown blanco and the state park. House has been recently renovated and is very nice inside.

AC system is noisy. Owners want $50.00 for any early check in or late check out. Also it appears any little infraction will be charged for.

Location was great, right near the main square and restaurants. Was very clean with new appliances and furniture. Two bathrooms was a nice addition travelling as 2 couples.

We were only there for a night but if staying longer we would have liked the outdoor space with the hot tub to have been updated to the same standard as the house

Very responsive with communication and the house was very clean and spacious. We would definitely stay again.

No breakfast. Not even coffee pods for the machine, which was a first for us. But we enjoyed our stay very much.

The street was full of pot holes but we managed it.
