Comfortable bed, WiFi working, signed into my own Google account and was able get Netflix, You Tube etc on the TV. Balcony is good size and sun trap in afternoons/ evenings. ( may time). Good location, in between Costa Adeje and Las Americas, close to the beach and also the bus station is just across the road. The shower is very powerful. Location is quiet and safe. The apartment itself is part of the old Ponderosa Hotel which is now closed, so there is a swimming pool but the toilets downstairs have no soap or toilet paper and you need bring drinks etc up from the shop. Overall, fantastic for the price and we would definitely stay again. Thank you

The location is fantastic, close to the beach and myriads of restaurants and bars, not to mention 50 meters from the main bus station, which provides a fabulous way to get cheaply and comfortably to the airport. The apartment itself is in great shape, with marble floors and an efficient kitchen, and the terrace/balcony on the 8th floor is large and provides beautiful sea views (and sunsets)! Also there are two shared swimming pools that are well-maintained with lounge chairs and tables available to guests.

The apartment is in a “hotel” building of apartments owned by different owners, and although there is supposed to be a reception, there is rarely anybody there. Of the two elevators, only one was working during our stay, and it seemed like it could break down at anytime— although we were lucky. Although we finally met our host to exchange the keys on the first day and to return them on the last, communication could have been better and the process was not without frustrations. The apartment advertises free parking— but don’t count on it, as the parking area is small and there are almost never free spaces available. There is a Nescafé (capsule) coffee machine, but no multi-cup coffee maker. There are two champagne glasses, but no normal wine glasses— we had to buy our own. The eating utensils are of the most flimsy, shoddy material that you can just barely cut/eat with them.

The view from the balcony was of course beautiful, everything near and nice to have pool and sunbeds near the house.

There is a highway behind the house and it's very noisy, couldn't sleep without earplugs.The bed is too small for 2 people - only 140x190cm, so it wasn't comfortable. There is black mold in the bathroom, that should be repaired asap. And sometimes water was a bit yellowish and bad smell from sewerage.
